A copy of early pedestal desk with highly carved details around the plinth, as well as the top edge and desk’s waist. We had permission to copy a client’s family original when making a credenza to match for his office.
We used highly figured French walnut for the desk, copying the original. The antique desk’s hardware was used to create moulds that provided matching brass hardware matching.
