Offered is a rare set of Christmas Carolers by Judy Tasch, 3 men and 2 women. Each is handmade and hand painted, with shaped faces, and adorned with Victorian period winter clothing.
The carolers stand approximately 10″ tall. Their clothing highlights Judy Tasch’s skills and her attention to intricate detail, with hand-made pantaloons, lace collars, striped stockings, leather shoes, felt coats, wool hats. It is exquisite work that must be studied to be appreciated.
The entire set has been lovingly held in private hands since 1985, and is in very good condition considering the age.
