When files are needed to be stored, this is the classiest way to do it: in a hand made cabinet with fielded panels.
The image shows what appears to be 8 drawers but are, in fact, 4 drawers over 2 file drawers. The same appearance would result from having 4 file drawers.
Or the size permits one side with a bank of drawers to be 2 file drawers, one over another, and the opposing side to be a panel of dummy drawers , hiding a cupboard.
