A lovely flask with a solid silver base and a top that twists open to reveal that the flask was little used. The glass bottle has crisp faceted cuts around the hip and down the side. The base bears a faint initial F.
It is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1920, but the maker is not ascertainable. The base is marked for A.Barretts & Sons, 63&64 Piccadilly, fine makers and purveyors of silver since 1892, crafted prior to 1910.
In superb condition.
