Writing Table with Reeded Legs

We feature here a copy of a Victorian writing desk with drawers to one side, false drawers to the guest side.
The legs are hand turned and reeded, on heavy brass casters. The top is a hide, hand coloured and triple-tooled in gold.
Also shown here is a matching credenza. The credenza’s two “pencil drawers” actually drop down to reveal a pullout keyboard and roomy work surface. The bank of drawers beneath consist of one pencil drawer over a hanging file drawer.
